Tonight sees the return of SLTD Radio to the airwaves! Unfortunately, one of the crew is missing tonight. Whether that’s because he’s on holiday, or nursing an injury from last week’s show, or violating SLTD Radio’s strict Wellness Policy because of high amounts of Maoam in his blood stream, nobody knows. The one thing we do know is that “Mr Personality” Brad won’t be on the show tonight. All things being well, he should be back with his brand of banter next week!
If you’re a regular listener, you’ll know that we try to get a tagline for every show we do. Since Brad’s not here this week, the tagline for the show is: “Half as much Scouse, twice as much banter!”
The good news is that George, Greg and Mark will all be on air, talking the latest wrestling news and what’s been happening this week in WWE & TNA. After forgetting to do it last week, the boys will make sure that Greg tells us what was on his “Word of the Day” toilet paper today!
One of the things they’ll be talking about tonight is the rise and rise of Damien Sandow and where we think he’ll end up by this time next year. TNA are also hurtling towards their biggest PPV of the year, Bound for Glory, so we’ll be talking about what we think is going to happen with the Aces & 8’s storyline.
As usual, we want you to get involved! Yes, that’s right. You! The person reading this right now! Get involved with the show on our Facebook page, our Forum or tweet us @sltdradio and let us know what you think!
We’re also looking for your questions, so send a tweet to @sltdradio, using the #AskSLTD and we’ll try to get to your question on the show! The Scottish Nightmare (George) is the social media ambassador for the night, so let him know what you think about the show, the topics and he’ll get to your tweets throughout the show.
For all the usual shenanigans, wrestling talk, banter and Sheamus plugs, tune in tonight from 9:30pm (UK time)!
