Monday night on Raw in Manchester, The Brothers of Destruction reunited! They, somehow, escaped the clutches of the Wyatt Family and walked out to fire and darkness at the end of Raw.
In my opinion there were numerous things wrong with this booking! I personally was loving how the Wyatts had been booked so far, they had been booked strong, they had been booked as if they were indestructible! Yet on Raw when it was 2 vs 4 The Undertaker and Kane managed to get the upper hand and come out on top. All I can do is ask why? Surely, at this stage in their career they should be putting over the talents, especially talents with as much potential as Bray Wyatt and his Wyatt Family! This is not all I have a problem with though, there was so much more flaws than just the fact that Undertaker and Kane overcame the odds and delivered a double chokeslam to Bray Wyatt!
At Hell in a Cell and then on Raw afterwards Undertaker and Kane got kidnapped by The Wyatt Family. After this, Bray Wyatt said that he had consumed the souls of these two legends, the brothers of destruction and that now he possessed all the powers that they had. If this was the case then why did this story get dropped so quickly? Why did Undertaker and Kane return on Raw with all their full powers and all their strength if they had had their souls consumed?
Bray Wyatt’s booking over the last year has been shocking! Ever since Wrestlemania and his match against the Undertaker he has been in numerous feuds, yet except for a small feud against Ryback I can not think of a feud that he has come out on top of! It seemed like this could be the one! The Wyatt’s as a whole had had such strong building since Hell in a Cell and it finally seemed like Bray Wyatt was living up to his potential and that he would come out on top of this feud! However, with the Brothers of Destruction returning with full forces on Raw and their upcoming match at Survivor Series you have to wonder if this will just be another loss on Bray Wyatt’s belt. Or if finally Bray Wyatt and his Wyatt Family will get a meaningful win to lead them onto greatness!
