#FazzasThoughts: Why #AEW Need #ThunderRosa (FazzasThoughts)

AEW need Thunder Rosa, that is a fact. Thunder Rosa is the current NWA Champion and made her debut on AEW Dynamite on the 2nd September 2020. Rosa is scheduled to face the current Women’s AEW Champion, Hikaru Shida, on AEW: All Out.

The AEW women’s division is currently struggling. The management is currently keeping 99% of women on the AEW Dark episode. A big part of this is due to a lot of the talent being green and needing developing. AEW appears to have a business relationship with NWA which has resulted in Thunder Rosa making her AEW debut.

Thunder Rosa would not just be a fantastic talent to have, but also a talent to train others. Rosa is a mixed martial artist who has worked for near enough every promotion on the planet. Rumour suggests WWE looked at her, but she was considered more as a referee than a talent; classic Vince. Rosa has been fantastic in every company she’s worked in and if AEW can use her character right, they’re onto a real winner here.

She’s not only extremely talented in the ring, but she’s also led factions on other rosters. She’s also fantastic on the mic which is another huge win. AEW need Thunder Rosa, Rosa does not need AEW. This is why AEW need to go ‘all-out’ to get her, sorry for the pun.

Her talent is second to none and with her Mexican heritage, she can have a number of factions and talents under her wing. I really hope that she goes to AEW as to have her on mainstream TV will not only help her but also go a long way to legitimise that AEW women’s division.
