Once again Team SLTD have gotten together to give our thoughts on who we think will come out victorious at Men’s Elimination Chamber Match this Sunday and become the number one contender for the Universal Championship and face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania! Will is be John Cena, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, The Miz, Finn Balor or Elias?
We all give our thoughts below, let us know in the comments below who you think will win!
@TittyFroster (It’s Wrestling)
The men’s Elimination Chamber has now become Braun’s personal torture chamber. 7 men for the first time ever will enter. I don’t see Miz winning even though having him as both the IC champion and the Universal champion would be awesome. However, I see Roman winning. As much I would love to see Braun win this thing, then go to WrestleMania and just destroy Brock, I just can pick Braun to win. I’m sure the last remaining two will be Braun vs Roman. That should be a hell of match inside of the chamber. Providing WWE doesn’t drop the ball on this.
@BigMatchSully (Monster Match Sully )
I got two words for you… BIG DOG! Despite Rollins’ amazing performance on RAW this week, we all know at the end of the day, Roman Reigns is going to be heading to Mania to win the Universal Title. However, I still think we’ll be in for an amazing show, with so much great talent in the Chamber! I predict the final two will be Reigns and Rollins, with Reigns getting his win back from Rollins from Monday.

So I’m going to rank all 7 competitors chances from number 7 to number 1
7) Elias – As enjoyable as Elias has been, realistically I can’t see him facing Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, however he will have a big role at the Grandest Stage of them all, as personally I’d love to see a 10/15 minute segment with an Elias concert getting interrupted by The Rock.
6) John Cena – We have seen Brock Lesnar vs John Cena too many times now. And I think we’re getting Cena vs Undertaker at WrestleMania, so don’t be surprised if we see The Dead Man confront the leader of the “Cenation” this Sunday.
5) The Miz – As great as it would be seeing The Miz and Paul Heyman cut promos, against each other, I sadly can’t see it happening. Miz will likely face this man.
4) Finn Balor – If Brock Lesnar wasn’t going to face Balor at Royal Rumble, he’s for certain not going to face him at WrestleMania. I presume we’ll see Balor vs Miz at WrestleMania with the Intercontinental Championship on the line.
3) Braun Strowman – Braun is most over guy on Raw right now, he raises his arms, shouts his name and the crowd shout with him. However I just don’t see him winning this Sunday, realistically he should and if he were to topple The Beast I’m sure everyone inside the Mercedes Benz Superdome would be happy, but sadly I see The Monster Among Men in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal for the 2nd year running.
2) Roman Reigns – “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns is probably the favourite to win on Sunday but I’m betting on “The Man”
1) Seth “Freakin” Rollins – “Monday Night Rollins ” is back, and he’s back at his best, 65 minutes he spent in the ring on Raw, he eliminated both Reigns and Cena in enthralling action, and that’s why I’m going for a swerve, if true and Vince McMahon did book the Gauntlet match, perhaps he was testing the waters, to see how over Seth was, and honestly Rollins for that 65 minutes was more over than Roman Reigns has been for over 3 years. Even though he’s smaller than Brock Lesnar, WWE can build “The Architect” as “The King Slayer” the guy who beat Roman Reigns and John Cena in one night. Then at WrestleMania, Rollins vs Lesnar, Rollins can defeat Brock and well send him packing to the UFC, because I’m sure we’ll prefer to see “The Man defeat “The Beast, than we would to see “The Guy do it

OK so it has been said for quite some time that Roman Reigns will be the one to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title at WrestleMania, which I’m OK with, but will it be that simple?
Seth Rollins put in one hell of a performance in the gauntlet match, and with seemingly no plans heading into WrestleMania, will the company realise he’s simply too good to leave out of the match?
I would imagine Braun Strowman will face The Miz for the Intercontinental Title, otherwise I wouldn’t be surprise to see WWE capitalise on Braun’s popularity by adding him to the match.
The last time we saw Reigns v Lesnar I was there in person at WrestleMania 31, could Seth Rollins be a part of this match and will history repeat itself?
Personally I honestly don’t mind who wrestles ‘The Beast’ at WrestleMania 34, as long as they win, and we actually get to see the Universal Title back on WWE television on a regular basis, and bring some actual meaning to it once again with regular defences.
@Tybo_SLTD (Tybo Talks)
I’ll be honest I wasn’t really all that excited for this year’s Chamber match, I’m not sure if it’s because of the sketchy build or the fact that the Chamber re-design looks like a massive toy, but after Raw’s gauntlet match I’m pretty pumped to watch. I think with the participants involved this could be one of the best Chamber matches of this era, I just hope for at least one or two shocks. I think we all know (if the last few months of rumours are to be believed) who the winner is going to be. That being said it would be great to see some more WrestleMania matches set up from this, maybe Rollins, Balor and even Cena vs Strowman could happen. This Elimination Chamber match has all the potential to be great, but WWE have set the bar fairly high after one of the best Raw gauntlet matches I may have ever seen. Hoping for big things, but ultimately ‘The Big Dawg’ is walking into WrestleMania to face the champ.
