The Fox Files – Announcing big things through social media – is it right?

Hello there, Haydn back here and today we’re going in depth with announcing things through social media.

WWE are a main culprit of doing this, especially when it comes to PPV matches. More recently though, today in fact, the WWE 2K17 cover got announced through social media instead of RAW. Should it be done through social media though is the question?

My answer is no. They have many shows, RAW, NXT, Smackdown are the 3 main shows for WWE, as well as there monthly PPV’s that they can announce things on. Instead of having 80 minutes of promos or 100 minutes of ad breaks, ANNOUNCE WHAT YOU NEED TO. Not only would it be an even more surprise to the fans, but it’s definitely getting the hype levels even further up for the game, the PPV or whatever it is for what they need to announce.

For example, for WWE Battleground, I would announce ALL the matches on the card on TV/LIVE if your talking about RAW, either that or just keep them a complete surprise.

I know today’s was a short one, but join next week as we go in depth about whether it’s right about having Smackdown LIVE! Also, tune into the YouTube channel for SLTD Universe Mode!
